I live outside of Seattle in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I have been teaching for the last severeal years and before that worked with the Peace Corps in Bolivia for the best 2 years ever.

I collect electric guitars, mainly Gibson Telecasters and Stratocasters, but have a fine Les Paul that I play more than any. I sometimes sit in with local groups, some more than others because I find Rock much more fun to play generally.

I like to think I am a serious guitar player. While in school I played with a great band, but thought that I would just probobly end up as a studio musician. My interests took me in a different direction. I play pretty good midfielder and sometimes forward on my local team. I have a dog named Max and a girlfriend named Maxine... LOL true!

Some of my favorites include Marquez One Hundred Years of Solitude, Cormick McCarthys The Road and Ken Grimwoods Replay ... Lots of others but the above will be a fair represention.

Soo many great movies... Shawshank Redemtion, Godfather 1&2, Taxi Driver, Pulp Fiction, The Usual Suspects.. All Kurosawa films

Right now I like some newer alternative groups like the Eels, Wilco, Sonia Dada, Iron and Wine and Talk Talk. But my all time true loves go back to Lou Reed/Velvet Underground, Zeppelin, Stones etc.. Actually I truly love and apreciate all types of Music
