Interesting reading... we'll see if it works!
This is an interesting concept and the story of Joe's battle with weight and his eventual rapid weight loss is compelling. He's a smart guy for sure and his basic philosphy is if you fill your body with rubbish foods and alcohol which results in an unhealthy body and weight gain, it stands to reason that if you fill your body with fresh and healthy foods you'll make yourself healthy. The book is simple and Joe's initial idea has been backed by dieticians. The book includes information about his weight loss philosophy and also recipes for juicing and meal suggestions. It's a great read even if you find it too radical to stick to!
