Hullo lovelies! I'm Katy, and I live in regional Western Australia (ie. Middle of nowhere). Moved here about 3 years ago from Derbyshire in the UK for a, um, bit of a change... Love it.

Vintage clothing - why love it?
I have begun (finally) to collect vintage clothing and accessories. I got the bug a few years ago when I spent some of my time modelling for a lovely lady named Notty in the Peak District in England. She owns and looks after a huge collection dating from 1790 to 1970 in her converted barn,and it is often her collection the BBC use to base their costumes on for their costume dramas. Her passion rubbed off on me,and since that time I have better appreciated the styles,cuts and colours that suit me. Every girl should be able to play in vintage clothes at some point in her life to learn what suits her best. Ebay is the best place in the world to try out new styles, and if they don't suit - sell them! There's always a buyer for vintage... Fashions change - but style is eternal - now who was it said that? ;-)
