eBay My World: viperlondon( 27045)

I have never tried so bad "buy" on ebay or elsewhere on the internet. I brought two items, jacket and dress, in the weekend, and got response Monday. Okay, fair. They sent me the invoice for combined shipping, but they dont tell me, that the jacket was out of stock - okay, human error number 1. Next day, Tuesday, they tell me, that the jacket is out of stock, and I tell them to cancel order for the dress or, if the first option isnt possible, to get a cheaper shipping cost for the other item. They are shipping the item without replying later that Tuesday, and say they have sent the jacket too. Confused? Yes I am! Another person than before contact me, and I got the money for the jacket and some shipping cost back Wednesday due to they have only sent the dress. The dress arrives and its 10 cm bigger at the bust that deed on the auction. Sent it back, but couldnt get the dress in a smaller size. Got a refund 14 days later but not for the Paypall Fees, so I lose money. So bad seller

Thanks - the fringe jacket arrived. Regrettably whilst the measurement across shoulders is as stated - the size quoted as XL is definitely not correct. Instead of sending the item back which you immediately offered on the phone I am giving the jacket to my wife. She is a medium size and the jacket fits her nicely.
