Ever waited for an item you purchased to arrive or its coming from abroad but you've got other items from the same country? I bought a label on 24 Oct 08 which hadn't arrived by 12 Nov 08 so I sent the seller an email asking why the delvery was taking so long. Today the label arrived but I still am none the wiser why it took so long. Communication no matter how small is very important and should always be used before escalating to other means. If an item is coming fom abroad, remember the seller may not speak or write your language! However, living in a truly global society means that sellers should make the effort. I often use one of the many free on-line translation engines to communicate simple sentences. If you are regularly selling overseas but do not have command of the language you are selling into, then try to use a translation engine as simple communications prevent hateful emails and negative feedbacks. Try not to escalate a dispute - use diplomacy - it often works!

I am happy to receive comments good or bad and can assure those who leave comments that I will read all of them and where critiscm is made I will take it on board and if justified adapt. After all, one of the good things about getting older is that maturity "Usually" mellows a person and allows them to look at situations from both sides of the fence. However, I will point out that "I do not suffer fools gladly" and I get really annoyed at the so called experts who having no knowledge of matchbox labels - which is my passion and field of experience - attempt to rip off buyers with poor quality material and excessive postal charges. My comment to those type of sellers is very simple: Find a different market because you are definately not wanted in the EBay World. With that, I wish everyone safe & happy bidding & selling.
