If you are not completely satisfied with the items you have purchased from United BMW Roswell, simply contact a Customer Service Specialist at 678.832.4617 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). We will accept returns within 7 days from the date of your invoice for replacement, or refund if a replacement is not available. The product must be unused/uninstalled condition and complete with its original packaging and tags attached. Any item received in a defective condition will immediately be replaced, including shipping with no questions asked. The item must first be returned to us and inspected before an exchange can take place. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately and have your order number available. All custom or special orders are final. Installed parts will not be accepted for return/exchange (unless it is a warranty issue).
