I have been a member and buying on Ebay since 2010 and I have never left a negative feedback until now.
I am sorry, I cannot recommend this seller. Only received half of the order when I paid for 2 sets, received 1 set. Seller tried to use the same Tracking number for 2nd set. After 6 weeks 2nd set never showed up. Not posted at all. I had to report to Ebay 3 times and got refund for the missing mugs.

We are running business for over 15 years. 2 sets mugs post separately parcels. Buyer claimed only receive 1 set then requested full refund for 2 sets mugs.

Items received were not the style ordered. They sent two ridiculous designs that were nothing like what I ordered.
I was given the opportunity to post back (at my expense) but if I added 'signature required' they wouldn't accept them and return them back.
I didn't like that option being taken away from me! I felt like I wouldn't know if they ever received the items back for my refund!

BUYER BEWARE: ORDERED/PAID FOR 6 X DOUBLE-WALLED WHISKEY GLASSES. ORDER WAS MARKED AS 'POSTED' 2 DAYS LATER. 7 DAYS AFTER PAYING, RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THE GLASSES WERE OUT OF STOCK, ASKING IF I'D LIKE TO SWAP FOR DOUBLE-WALLED COFFEE MUGS. I WAS NOT OFFERED THE COURTESY OF A 'CANCELLATION & REFUND' AS SHOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY OCCURRED. I RESPONDED "NO", BUT THEN SILENCE - NO FURTHER UPDATE OR REFUND FOLLOWED. I HAD TO INITIATE A REFUND RESOLUTION MYSELF. STILL WAIT ING FOR MY REFUND.

It's a rare thing for me to ever participate in star ratings but to get this item in less than 26 hours from Vic - QLD and other sellers need 10 days for delivery from QLD -QLD. This seller deserves 5 stars all around. Just unfortunate they have nothing else we need right now. Thanks
