We are a small family located in the beautiful Blue Mountains west of Sydney, Australia. Our family consists of an adult full-time student, a sometimes-IT consultant, a child being educated in the Steiner/Waldorf tradition and a very loving cat.

Payment policy
Internet bank transfer or Australia Post money order for Australian buyers. PayPal for buyers outside Australia.

Postage information
We minimise cost for buyers and only charge anything above actual postage if we need to buy packaging. We try to recycle everything to avoid extra costs. We are delighted to combine auction wins into single parcels to save our buyers money.

Return policy
Returns only accepted if the item has been misrepresented in the listing. We try hard to honestly describe items including any flaws, so that you know about these before you bid. If we have missed something then you are welcome to return the item to us and we will refund your bid price, but not postage costs.
