All returns MUST be approved before you ship any item back to us. A return item must be issued by ultraracingmy. Our Certified technicians will test all item before delivery. If the item you receive is DOA (Dead on arrive) or defect, we will exchange the other brand new replacement within 14 days start from your delivery date. A full refund will be given if the replacement is not available. We are responsible for the shipping cost from our places to you while buyers should pay the return cost. If you ship an item back to us without calling us prior to shipping, we will refuse the package and it will be returned to you. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable. All returned packages will be charged return shipping. All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. All shipments are done with a signature required. Most of our products do not come with instructions, professional installation is highly recommended.
