Tullabeg Toys is a family run business where customer satisfaction is our number one priority. All of our stock is brand new direct from the manufacturer and we carry a huge range of the most popular brands.
Tullabeg Toys was founded in 2004. Our company is named after our daughter's favourite horse with whom she enjoyed much show jumping success before giving up to work full time in the City and helping out in the family business in her spare time!
We accept PayPal, cheques or postal orders made payable to Tullabeg Toys from all our UK customers. For all overseas customers we only accept payment by PayPal.
We offer combined postage on multiple purchases. Plese wait for us to send you an invoice before payment is made if buying more than one item.
Returns and Refunds
Unwanted or Unsuitable Goods - Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original and unopened packaging and condition complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser's expense. All other monies (less postage) will be refunded at the earliest time after the unwanted item has been received. We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.
Faulty Goods - In the unlikely event of any item being faulty we will either refund in full, or replace free of charge (subject to stock availability). Please email the details to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
