I have had people leave neg feedback over missing items. Please consider reg post. This ensures you get your items the other end. It makes me very cross when i spend my time pkg and posting items and then Aust Post don't deliver them. Where do they go?? I put my shops return address on back, yet i have never rec any of these missing parcels back. WHY ?? I post items daily to customers all over Aust through phone orders in my shop and none of them have ever gone missing..It just seems to be ebay items ?? Not saying anyone is doing the wrong thing but neither am i . You don't run a successful business buy doing the wrong thing to people. I try my best to help people in any way i can, through advise in cake decorating through to people even coming into my shop with disasters they have made.Out the back to my kitchen we go and i help them fix it up and at no charge.So please try and do the right thing, as i always do.Please feel free to email me at anytime with questions, i am happy to hl
