Tradewinds Oriental Shop established in 1984 is a family run business based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire.
The business first started out with a small market stall selling a small selection of basic Chinese cooking ingredients and a variety of oriental arts and crafts. After 2 years there was sufficient demand to open a small shop in Scunthorpe. In 1991 we moved to a larger premises on Cole Street where we have been based since. Over time the demand for our products has come from areas outside the vicinity of Scunthorpe and in 2009 we have launched both our website and eBay shop.
Website - We accept all major Credit and Debits cards including American Express which are processed by SagePay and PayPal on a secure server. Payment is also accepted via PayPal Accounts.
eBay - We accept payment via PayPal. Personal cheques are also accepted.
Retail Shop - Cash payments and all major Credit/Debit Cards accepted.

Faulty goods or goods supplied different to that which was ordered should be returned to us within fourteen days in the original packaging. Please email us at email@example.com or via the contact buyer tab with your name, order number, and details of the issue. We will then advise you of which method to return goods by and a full refund of postage costs will be given.
Goods that are not faulty but you would still like a refund must be returned to us within fourteen days. The goods must be in original and resalable condition. On receipt of goods we will immediately issue a refund unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage return costs incurred by yourself. Items returned should be sent to us at the address shown on the invoice. The invoice should also be enclosed and returned with the goods.
At the time you dispatch goods by our preferred return method we advise that you obtain and retain in a safe place proof of posting.
