Poor GCSE's results, did a GNVQ in IT and Business worked on this for a couple years now and it's going well. This is a family business so shoes and sportswear is in my veins.

I accept Paypal, who doesn't. I like Bank transfers, cheques and postal order, I find them retro ways to pay. Cash is frowned upon because the postman has a go at me for it.

I try to keep it as cheap as possible, on the majority I lose money on the p+p because I used the highest standards packaging items and I charge near enough the same of even less, I lose every time I send something 1st class recorded weighing over a kilo. I love using recorded signed for, airsure for international but DHL is the best.

It's the law, I have to have a policy and mine is not strict, the fact is, if you buy something there is a good chance it may not fit, so why should I punish you because of this. I don't like returns but it's one of those things we all have to deal with.
