my experience, okay the problem wasn't the seller it was the chosen courier company, there tracking system is so outdated and once it was finally in Toormina/Coffs Harbour it was just like they hold it at ransom, let me explain, they want more money to deliver your already paid for postage, $180+ DHL, toll, shoreline, manifest, shoreline marked it as onboard ready for delivery with a 4hr time bracket, 4 days later it arrived via manifest transport, during this 4days was calls for more money
