Our offering is based around Apple Mac games and accessories, iPad, iPhone and iPod accessories.
Things I sell
Since 2006, Toodolla has been supplying brand name accessories, peripherals and games for Apple Mac, iPod, iPhone and iPad users.
We are firm believers of standing behind the products we sell. As such, unless specifically noted in a listing, we actually physically hold the item being listed. If we think it will sell we will order it in and hold the stock.
We don't believe that listing 1,000's of items and then hoping a supplier will have it in stock when required to send directly to a customer is a good way of doing things. We hope our feedback speaks for itself in that regard - no mention of preorders, backorders etc.
For those (few) items which we do order in only when an item is sold we are upfront with this and realistic about delivery timeframes. As always, if you are unsure of an item's availability please feel free to contact us first.
All payments to be made within 3 working days. Payment by direct deposit, paypal, money order and bank cheque are accepted. If paying by direct deposit, please user you ebay user id as reference. Payments with no reference will result in delayed postage.
All items are restricted to Australian purchasers only.
The reason for this is that in order to keep my costs low, we are a firm believer in the KISS policy (Keep It Simple Stupid !). We don’t want to be dealing with custom’s declarations, potentially delayed or lost mail, payments in overseas currencies etc.. etc.. Sorry, maybe this will change but at the moment, unless you have an Australian delivery address please don’t buy from us.
Except where an item is faulty or dead on arrival (or heaven forbid, the item description is wrong), a no returns policy applies. We aim to provide as much information as possible about items and links to other sites which have reviewed or tested the product so please choose carefully. Again, if you are not sure about an item, always ask first before buying !

Emails are usually answered within 24 hours if not sooner. Again, it's always best to ask before buying if you have any concerns or enquiries.
As a pure web based business, we don’t have to pay for a fancy retail outlet with a fancy retail fitout. The number of items for sale at any one time is usually no more than 350 different items (but increasing all the time). This keeps our holding (and inventory) costs low.
The result? Consistently low prices for all products, whether it is the latest in demand game to a classic from the 90’s. Prices are continually monitored and in almost all cases buy it now so you know exactly what you are paying.
Warranty and Support
Wherever warranty is provided by the distributor this is clearly indicated in the listing. Any warranty claims must be authorised first, after which an address and reference number for the item will be provided. The buyer is responsible for any postage costs to return the item.
