Hi Terri, Wow am I stunned! I did not know you were closing. I am so sad for you, but I understand how you feel. I was a pretty regular customer of yours a few years back. It's been a couple of years. I also had a store on ebay then. I was visiting your store when I saw the announcment. Terri,if I ever wanted lace,trim,appliques or anything, I went to your store first. You've always had the most amazing stuff & great prices. You were an exceptional person to deal with & it was even fun. You will be missed. The impatient people who never give someone a chance to discuss or help with a problem, will never be satisfied. Americans, stop taking our current economy out on eachother. Get a grip! Meanwhile, I left ebay myself almost 2 years ago & have a nice studio store on ARTFIRE. The atmosphere there is friendly from the staff to your fellow SRA's (Self representing artists). I came, I saw, I drooled, I Imagined the possibilities, (which are endless, given the range of lovely items availiable!!) and Of course I shopped! No, wait, I engaged in "Retail Therapy!! and I can't wait to get busy doing what I plan to do with the goodies I bought! Then I added this store to my favorites, and like Macarthur said "I shall return!" And I Will! BTW, Some of what I purchased will be Christmas gifts, some will jewelry, (believe it or not), and some will be sachets, filled with potpourri made from venice lace,silk ribbon, beads,antique buttons,silk ribbon flowers and made from vintage bits and piece of clothing, hankies, pillows etc. Then I'll let the muse move me, my creative juices flow and CREATE!!!! It's a wonderful thing!!! Thanks so much for al the lovely goodies!!! my own hand painted accents.
