Additionally, if tracking shows that your order was delivered, it is out of our hands if you claim that you did not receive it.

First Class and Priority Mail typically take 2-3 days to reach you. Parcel Post can take 2-14+ days, depending on your location, Zip Code, and size/weight of package.

First Class International mail does NOT include any tracking information, only a shipping confirmation number. Priority Mail International DOES include tracking, but is much more expensive. We CANNOT be responsible for International orders shipped without tracking! Shipping times varies, but typically 7-30 days International shipping, depending on your locale and customs. International shipping is VERY expensive, so returns are usually not accepted unless you pay the return shipping or WE made an error.
