Standard delivery within the UK is offered via Royal Mail's 1st Class However we recommend using the Recorded Delivery system, which allows a web based 'Track & Trace' function via each item's unique 13 digit reference number. If an item cannot be signed for (say, for example, nobody is in at the time of delivery) you will be left a note by the postman for collection from your local sorting office. Any items not collected after a couple of weeks are returned to us. Overseas delivery is provided, virtually anywhere in the world, by Royal Mail's 'Airmail' service. This aims to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five. Please note that the only form of tracking this service affords us is a 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office in the UK. Any domestic handling is then undertaken by your country's own mailing system. We do offer further optional insurance for the arrival of your item via Royal Mail's 'International signed for' service.

In the unlikely event of an item being damaged or unsuitable then we will take returns no questions asked and refund in full(excluding any postage fee), subject to the item being returned to us(At buyers own expense)
