Payment policy
All payment must be made in GBP £ Pound Sterling Currency. Payment method I accept from Overseas buyers is PAYPAL only. For UK buyers, I accept PayPal, UK Postal Order and UK Personal Cheque.
Postage information
I will always try to dispatch item/s as quickly as possible, when payment/s are cleared (Cheque usually clear in 7-10 working days), especially PayPal Payers, which I will try to send the item/s the next working day (Not including Weekends or public holiday). - Also that if paying by echeque via PayPal it will take approx 10 working days or more to clear.
All item(s) will be sent by Standard (Non-Insured/Non-Trackable) delivery service unless stated. A proof of sending will be obtain when sending the item(s).
Return policy
- If a product is damaged, faulty or not as advertised, please contact me first immediately with details of problem, before sending the item back, I will accept return of unused (in its original condition) item within 14 days of receipt and I be able to exchange or refund the item cost price (not including P+P cost).
- Returning Item/s - Contact me first before posting the item back, - Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. - Buyer (Customer) are permitted to require to pay for the cost of returning the item.
