We are collectors and restorers turned traders. As collectors other collectors may become our valued customers/ suppliers. ‘thecollectornet’ is becoming a substantial collector network. As collectors we have cared for all furniture and other items and they are presented clean, rejuvenated and have a beautiful glow about them. Any faults we are aware of are noted in the item description. The photos complete the description. All items from us have come from a non-smoking / no pet’s environment or have been aired thoroughly since we have owned them. Please note that on some items there may be some minor blemishes/restorations consistent with age and general use over that time (see item description and photographs) but this in no way harms the overall appearance. It adds to the appeal in our view. So there is nothing for you to do but place your item in your home. If you need delivery we offer that service as well (see details following in postage section below).

PayPal, bank cheque or money order prior to pickup mandatory. No exceptions. Please post the bank cheque or money order made out to thecollectornet to I.T.Bolton PO Box 1695 Potts Point NSW 2011. You can personally pick up from Parramatta NSW 2150 (from street level by appointment usually on Tuesday mornings to 10.00AM, Wednesdays sometimes or perhaps Thursday afternoons till 5.00PM) after cleared payment received. The Address will be provided at that time. By special request Saturday afternoon pick ups are possible. International and interstate buyers can be accommodated but cost requests prior to committing to a purchase are required. Please email for details before committing to anything other than an expected Tuesday morning or Thursday afternoon pick up from Parramatta.

‘thecollectornet’ can directly deliver to your Sydney area address, to a Pack & Send outlet or (for larger pieces) a suitable transport group depot. If you are interested in our delivery, delivery by others or postage, please email for details prior to committing. In summary: for Sydney deliveries, the ‘thecollectornet’ charge is $40 plus a dollar per KM from our Parramatta depot. There are some exceptions where access at the end point considered just too difficult if you can't help. Multiple items delivered by ‘thecollectornet’ at one time are for the one cost. For deliveries by others their actual cost and our costs to their depot will be charged. For Australia Post the actual cost or a minimum of $20 will be charged. Ask for a quote for our deliveries within the area of the Blue Mountains, the Southern Highlands, Canberra, Wollongong, the Central Coast and Newcastle. For our direct delivery, Tues/Wed/Thur daytime delivery will usually occur within a fortnight.

Whilst in almost all cases returns will not be accepted they can be discussed if the buyer can demonstrate that the description / photographs of our collectable items appear to misrepresent or mislead. Goods must be returned in the condition demonstrated by the photographs in the original eBay / facebook listing and the request for return must be received within 3 days of the sale completion. ‘thecollectornet’ values your business and if this situation arises we will enter those discussions in good faith. Return postage or delivery charges will usually be the sole responsibility of the buyer. For Konig products, Konig takes no responsibility for bad repair or damage if products other than Konig’s are used or mixed with non Konig materials. As with textiles, “invisible repair” is defined as repairs that when viewed from beyond 150cm (and have not been drawn to the attention of the viewer) are not noticeable. Returns of Konig products bought via ‘thecollectornet’ site cannot be accepted

We should mention that sometimes collectable items are available for sale elsewhere and could possibly be removed from eBay prior to the auction ending. This will be a rare occurrence.
