Have sent 3 polite emails to seller re: recent purchase, but seller has not replied. I did not receive the item number that was advertised & what I ordered & paid for. Item was substituted for another item. I have offered to return incorrect item, not opened, upon seller sending me the correct item along with pre-paid return post pack for the incorrect item sent.
