All out items are send by REGISTERED AIRMAIL from Thailand. You will have to sign for receipt of the parcel. Shipping time varies between 6/12 (Australia, Asia and Europe) or 9/16 (Canada, North and South America) business days, in exceptional cases shipping may take longer due to holidays, custom checks or strikes... If you are not home upon delivery NORMALLY (sometimes they forget) postman leaves notification for pick up in your local post office. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AFTER 2 WEEKS PLEASE CONTACT US SO WE CAN HELP YOU LOCATE YOUR ORDER. Online tracking is not available but we can provide you with a tracking NR that your post office can track the shipment AFTER THE PARCEL HAS PASSED CUSTOMS.

If for some reason you want to return the item that you purchase this is not a problem for us. We give refunds or resend under a few conditions: item must be send within 7 days of receipt, in original condition (original packaging, with tags, unused and unworn). The shipping & handling fee is non refundable and in case of replacements the shipping fee has to be paid to send the replacement item.
