I'll try and get you as cheap a rate as possible, and only charge you exactly what I pay at the post office. I don't charge you for packaging materials or handling. Jewellery: generally sent as regular enveloped mail unless it's really chunky and/or heavy, in which case I send as small parcels. Clothes: small parcels or prepaid satchels. Other stuff: you'll have to wait and see.

Sure, send it back within a week of receiving it, BUT: Refunds will only comprise the value of the item, and will not include postage costs. Refunds will only be given if item does not match description or is otherwise significantly defective (e.g. ripped, broken). Refunds will NOT be given for a simple change of mind.
