To have fun in something I enjoy. I especially want the young pickers just starting, or coming up, to learn/play on a quality instrument. So many first time players young & old get discouraged with having to fight the instrument to keep it in tune, keep sound quality, fret buzz, from interfering with your music. It can be hard enough putting up with sore fingers. But add all the extras that a poor quality instrument can add to the pot and you feel like you will never get it. So the guitar goes in the closet, and the would be superstar plays vidio games. I am working on bringing out my own custom guitars. Quality & looks at a lower price. And you see the beginning of Quality Strings (Guiter & Bass), & Cords in my ebay sales. Quality does not have to cost a fortune. Good Wood And Proper set-up can do wonders for a guitar. All of this keeps me out of trouble, well most of the time!
