I have over 30 years experience in wool and all things associated with it, including knitting. I am familiar with dyes, plies and can assist you with what wool is better suited for your purposes.

Payment policy
I accept payment by way of direct bank transfer and PayPal.

Postage information
I endeavour to post your item within 24 hours of payment. I combine postage for those consumers that have bought multiple items to reduce postage costs for my consumers. If you are an international buyer, I only post by registered mail.

Return policy
Requests for returns will be assessed on an individual basis but I do not return because of a change of mind. Please contact me with your concerns.
