We are sure that you will be able to find some elegant items that will make excellent gifts for someone special or to keep for yourself. Siriyada is a Thai name that translates to 'a girl who is protected by kind spirits (angels)'. It is the middle name of our baby daughter.

Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal. This is the only payment method accepted for buyers outside of Australia. This is the quickest and safest method of payment. There are no charges to open a PayPal account and make purchases. By paying via PayPal, you are also eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection. We are a Verified Premier Member of PayPal. We also accept payment via Bank Deposit, Money Order and Bank Cheque for Australian customers only. Payment for physical items is required within seven (7) days of the close of the auction. Please contact us by E-mail if you have difficulties in making payment in this timeframe. Payment for digital items is required immediately at the time of purchase. You will be notified by email upon receipt of payment.

All physical items are shipped via Australia Post. Items mailed to Australian address are sent by Registered Post and items mailed to international addresses are sent by Air Mail. All items to all destinations are covered by insurance for loss, theft and damage. For all jewellery items and most other items we offer combined shipping discounts when purchasing multiple items over a seven (7) day period. Buy ten (10) or more items in a seven (7) day period and total shipping and handling charges (including insurance) will not exceed AU$25.00. Physical items are typically shipped within two (2) business days of receipt of payment. Digital items are E-mailed within 24 hours of payment being confirmed, but usually in a much shorter time. Digital items will only be sent to the E-mail address registered with your PayPal account.

We pay the highest attention to ensuring that listings are accurate and reflect the quality and condition of the items. We will accept a return if an item is clearly misrepresented in the listings. Please contact us by E-mail within seven (7) days of receiving the item. A refund will be given after the item is returned. Return postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
