Shentrace Ladies Rings specializes in plus size rings. My inspiration came from many years working with customers in jewellery stores. I noticed how the rings kept in the store had a very narrow size range. That meant that any time someone needed a particular size they were required to pay more to have the ring resized. When purchasing sterling silver rings, the cost of the resize would often be more than the ring itself.
We aim to provide a high standard of customer service and will work with our customers to ensure their satisfaction. In many cases we are able to fill size requests by way of Special Order. Should you have anything you would like to ask about please contact us.

Postage information
We post all rings within within 24 hours. There is no postal service on weekends. Much depends on your location as to how long it will take to arrive at your door. Most Australian major city areas will arrive within 3 days. For Express post you can likely expect next day delivery. Rural areas need to allow longer. International Buyers usually receive their ring within 10 working days (not including weekends) though this will also depend on your own areas postal service.

Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please return the ring with tags attached in original condition.
