Payment policy
We accept PayPal payments exclusively. Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase.
Postage information
We ship most of our orders through the United States Postal Service via First Class Mail and Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the order, for domestic orders, and First Class Mail International for international orders.
Return policy
All returns must be accompanied by a written return authorization. To obtain a return authorization, please contact us via eBay Messages. Be sure to state your user ID, your name, date of purchase and a brief description of the reason for your request. Requests for return will be considered if made within 30 days of order date and item is unopened and unused. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed once we have received the return. Refunds will be made by the same method that payment was made. Shipping fees are non refundable. Shavers, personal care products, and their accessories are considered sanitary items and can not be returned once they have been opened. Electrical items, such as batteries and circuit boards, are not returnable once installation has been attempted. Shaver replacement heads that are in sealed manufacturer packaging are not eligible for return as they can not be resold once opened.
