We accept PayPal, Direct Debit and Cash on local pick up, so you can be 100% certain you`ll get what you paid for. We do not accept wire payments such as western union, as per E-Bays policy not to accept these types of payments. We also accept visa & mastercard directly or you can use a credit card with Paypal.

Items will be shipped with-in 1-2 days of receiving your payment, from Melbourne. Most items are shipped in 24 hours of receiving payments. Items will be sent by Australia Post or courier. Items can also be picked up. Some rural areas may take a week or so to receive goods by mail (this is out of our control).

Satisfaction Guarantee. We can accept returns for items that are in brand new unused condition, they must be returned with-in 14 days of receiving the goods. The buyer is responsible for the return postage to our warehouse. We will refund the purchase price less 20% restocking fee, to cover ebay fees and postage costs. Please email us first for an RMA# and return instructions. We will replace or refund in full any faulty items, items not fit for intended purpose or items that don't match the description, they must be returned with-in 14 days of receiving goods. All goods returned at buyers expense. We adhere to E-Bay refunds and returns policies.
