I have been a member of ebay for over 5 years, I have had my fair share of bumps and scrapes along the way but am now only interested in providing an excellent service to my customers.
Payment policy
Paypal only due to the sheer amount of problems with cheques and postal orders. Paypal is simple because you don't have to take cheques to your bank and P.O's to the post office.
Postage information
I try to keep my P&P charges as low as possible. I pack items with experience to ensure no damage while item is in tranist to the buyer. The cost of P&P includes the cost of time packing the item and taking it the post office to sometimes stand in long queues. All my items are covered by Royal Mails postal insurance policy of up to £35 per item and I will assist in any claim to get the buyer back their money. I have never experienced a problem with claiming from the post office for damaged or lost items. Upon recollection I have only experienced 1 item ever getting lost in the postal system.
Return policy
As long as it is as soon as possible and there is a good reason for it(i.e. damaged in post), I have no problems with items being returned.
