We are Certified Practicing Valuers, and Auctioneers, Auction Value is the lowest value that can be attributed to an item, so when we are selling you know the price is good , cheap, and generally you cannot buy elsewhere any cheaper for the identical product, model etc. Our aim and job is to sell all our stock as quickly as possible in a short time frame, and in that time achieve a fair and reasonable price, we don't sell at inflated retail prices, nor do we sell at Discount prices off retail , nor do we sell at cost price to a retailer or importer, or distributor , we SELL AT A FRACTION OF COST,and mostly NO ONE WILL BE CHEAPER THAN US. However although we sell a lot of NEW AND UNUSED PRODUCTS, because the item has been subject to an Insurance Claim, even if it is carton damage, the supplier or retailer do not wish to sell the item in that state, the manufacturer voids the warranty on the product as the Insurance Company or Salvage Solutions are not customers of the suppliers

As an option, buyers may contact our local Pack & Send and request a quote to pack and deliver the item, the cost is typically more expensive than Post but the savings may still prove worthwhile. We understand sometimes things go wrong! If they do please contact us for support. We offer a 3 day Dead on Arrival RTB warranty for most products. Return of goods at buyers expense.We mostly use Australia Post for deliveries and if something goes missing we follow AP guidelines to track and trace, this can take a few days so please be patient.We have a strong customer relations ethic and request that customers contact us for support prior to lodging feedback.
