My name is Rowan, Im 19 years old and live in Australia. I am new to both buying and selling on eBay.

Have never sold or bought anything on eBay before although have been researching and looking at doing o for a while now. I am still trying to understand everything about eBay mostly about postage and payment methods. I have also worked in retail for a few years so i am hoping at some point i can draw on this experience.

At the moment i only take paypal however as i understand how the payment methods work this is most likely going to expand into several other methods and depending on the item sold most likely cash on delivery.

Same again i have yet had no experience with postage so currently i will not pay for postage costs and i will not accept pickup. I will always use the cheapest postage method possible however if you require a different postage method this can be arranged.

I do not have a standard returns policy and at the moment i will accept no returns as all items i sell have been tested and are fully functional when i sell them. However you may contact me and we can discuss arrangements if you are unhappy with the product although saying this, it is no guarantee that i will accept your return.
