We accept PayPal, and postal money orders. If paying with a PayPal eCheck, please understand that it could take up to a week for the eCheck to clear; we do not ship orders until payment is received, or the eCheck has cleared.
Postage information
We ship all orders via the US Postal Service as either a: First Class Package, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. All items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. We gladly combine shipping. Live plants and Hatching eggs are only shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, please keep this in mind when paying, especially if using a delayed payment method like an eCheck. International shipping is by US Postal Service First Class Mail International or Small Flat Rate Box (for orders under US$20) or Priority or Express Mail with Delivery Confirmation (for orders over US$20). We do not use First Class Mail International Small Flat Rate Boxes for orders over US$20 because they CAN NOT be tracked. We do not mark as a gift nor do we adjust the amount of the item. Taxes, duties, and other fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If package is returned intact by customs, we will refund the purchase price (minus the shipping cost).
Return policy
Returns are only accepted if the item is not as described. A detailed description should be included with every listing. If the listing is not clear, please contact us so we can correct the listing. Sorry, no refunds will be given for “Buyers Remorse.”
