Sometimes stuff happens and Talixon is very understanding as long as you let us know what's happening with your payment. That said, if we haven't heard from you and you haven't paid within 7 days, Talixon will send a payment reminder. If there is no response from you within 7 days, an unpaid item case will be initiated through eBay. If you do not respond to this, Talixon will assume that you do not wish to purchase the item and may relist it or give out a second chance offer - and you will receive an unpaid item strike. Please note that all payments are expected within 7 days of the auction closing day unless arrangements have been agreed prior to the end of the auction.

We endeavours to post all items within 2 days of receiving your cleared payment. Please understand that under no circumstances will an item be sent out before your payment has cleared.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss our options. We want your buying experience to be as pleasurable as possible and would appreciate the chance to resolve an issue before any feedback is left. Our returns policy is that the item must be returned at your expense within 7 days and we will refund your payment on receipt of the item.
