I enjoy books and reading, I started buying to update and increase my personal collection of authors that I like to read, which somewhere along the way turned into an ebay store.

Fiction books for mainly adults, but some young adult and children's books.

I pride my growing hobby, on providing a honest and quick service to my customers, and I am slowly growing the store, to hopefully become a business in the one day down the line. I will contact you within 1-12 hours or less when buying a buy it now item and on auction nights, within an hour or 2 of ALL auctions ending, as I am listing the next weeks' auctions while the current ones are ending. Now, on the occassions I don't contact you within this time frame, please note, I do live in the hills surrounded by bush, when we can have very bad storms and winds, we lose power and our phone line can also go out, so it may be a day or so before I am able to access a computer to contact you, part of the joys of the bush!

Seller to be contacted within 3 days of the auction finishing and payment to be received within 7 days, failure to do so will result in buyer being reported to ebay. Will post to anywhere in Australia and Worldwide. I do combine on postage, but PLEASE wait for a combined invoice from me prior to paying for your items. Paypal, direct deposit, cash on pick up and money order are the accepted Australian only forms of payment. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS TO PAY WITH PAYPAL ONLY, no exceptions!!!

I post on Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings, subject to Public hoilidays, as I live rurally and not in a township. I am happy to combine on postage, but if you are paying with Paypal and pay with more than one payment for items being combined, you will be charged a small fee to cover the fees, I am charged by Paypal on the extra payments, as Paypal charges me for every payment received. Postage, of course is subject to flooding, bushfires (done that one when we lost everything on black Saturday) and personal/family emergencies.

Item is to be returned as packaged at your expense for postage, within 7 days of receiving it and receipt must be emailed as proof of postage with date and postcode. Refund is only offered on the item purchased and only if I have completely misrepresented it(as we all have different ideas on what is good or very good condition), its your duty to ask any questions before purchasing or bidding on items. Postage under no circumstances will be refunded.

Please note communciation is a two way street, and find I that those that leave comments about communication not being great, tend to be the ones that fail hopelessly in this department. I contact you after you have brought from me with an invoice, when payment comes through and again when item has been posted, there is no need for further contact unless there is a problem, which communication is followed through until the end when it is resolved. Please note, I am not at my computer 24 hours a day, but check messages at least twice a day, morning and night, and most days inbetween. However, if you do not receive any messages from me apart from the invoice, it means there is a problem your end and you need to contact me, please.

Ebay state postage within Australia takes 1-6 days, that's working days, less weekends and holidays. Some items will take longer, as those that live rurally, as we all know, can take longer. If your item does not show up within a few weeks, please contact me, after you have contacted your local delivery post office and had them search the shelving for your parcel. I am more than happy to file a lost claim form and do the follow up paperwork regarding lost items. All my parcels are now marked not to be safe dropped, as some have gone missing in the past when this practise has been used. If you are not home when the mailman arrives, the parcel will be turned to your nearest Australia Post outlet, a pain for some, yes I know, but this also safe guard your parcel from being stolen, or going walkabout.
