I've been buying and selling on eBay since January, 2005; we were in retail business for several years in the 1980's.

Cross stitch leaflets are our main inventory item but we also carry crochet, knit, plastic canvas, needlepoint, crewel, embroidery, and fabric and tole painting leaflets. We find a lot of crocheted doilies at estate sales and try to pass them on for further enjoyment thru our store. Many of our needlework leaflets are used or previously owned, or purchased new by us from local retail craft stores; we do our best to list the condition of each as accurately as possible. And, at this time, we also sell original pattern pages removed from out-of-print needlework magazines; we always state this fact in the listing usually in the title as well as the description so you know what you are buying or bidding on.

We accept PayPal for all purchases – US and International. Purchasers outside of US must pay by PayPal. Payment is due in 7 days from date of purchase or auction end. Buyer pays all shipping and handling charges and customs fees. Shipment is by US Postal Service. If possible, we ship with Delivery Confirmation.

We ship six days a week, except on holidays; and, do our best to ship within one business day of receipt of payment. Shipment is by US Postal Service. We do our best to comply with the Post Office regulations regarding thickness and size for First Class Mail. Do Not Bend requires mail to be sent as First Class Parcel and actually costs more than just First Class but we feel it is necessary to keep from getting a crumpled-up leaflet.

We do our best to truthfully describe the condition of each item but know we can make mistakes. Always contact us first if there is a problem. Please keep in mind that pattern leaflets are copyrighted and it is illegal to copy them. Refund will be given for purchase amount of item only if item is not as described in the listing. Shipping will not be refunded. Item must be in same condition as originally shipped.
