We like to accept Paypal, Bank deposits including bank deposit Express. However if you are a frequent customer with good standing with us and you wish to bid or purchase an item off us and are unable to temporarily use these methods of payment, please just ask us prior to bidding or purchase and we will endeavour to come to some sort of arrangement. Because We really do value repeat customers. We wish to grow in all aspects of business.

We use australia post in most cases. pickups for certain items can be available upon request.

o.k. this has always been a hard one because we deal with some very different items sometimes. but we really do wish to grow. so. If in any case you are really dissatisfied with an item because it is faulty, please contact us prior to feedback being left and we promise to try to arrange an Exchange for the same type of item. in the case where we cannot exchange the item, we can arrange a refund but we cannot cover the cost of postage. also, We cannot take any responsibilities for what the mail man does with our parcels, sometimes our parcels arrive and look like they have been kicked around a loading dock all day. we accept that it is sometimes not the sellers fault. We Seriously Pack our items Very well and charge postage as fair as we can. just remember we can always come to a solution.
