Where to start? The item (a record "single" - two tracks on each side) is actually a write off. The seller has offered to refund the price if I return it. The return postage is more than the amount I paid for the item. The sellers response about why the record is ok was a complete nonsense. When I receive used records, I don't play them until I deep clean them, and put them through an ultra sonic cleaner. I rate from 1 to 5. Five being the best. This single is a "one" and is unplayable. Bin!

i have sold over 500 records to very satisfied customers. my records are graded visually. Occassionaly a record that looks fine will be noisy - this used to happen in the day even when buying new records from the shop. full refund of cost of record and postage was offered, but buyer instead decided to retain the record and post negative feedback.
