InterestsRadio Licensing
It is a condition imposed by Ebay (at the request of the ACMA) that any radio transmitting equipment be sold to appropriately licensed persons only. If you have any doubts in respect to your licensing status, please feel free to email us for assistance. This sale restriction does not apply to radio related accessories such as receivers, antenna tuners, speakers, power supplies, antennas etc (only equipment that can transmit or amplify transmission of a radio signal)

AUSTRALIAN BUYERS
My preferred payment method for Australian and New Zealand buyers is direct credit into my bank account. In Australia I have bank accounts with both the National (NAB) and Commonwealth (CBA) banks. I will email you these bank accounts details generally within a few minutes of you making your Ebay purchase. You can then do an internet transfer into one of these bank accounts or take your funds into a branch and pay your funds in directly over the counter.
Australian buyers can also pay with a cheque (note personal cheques take up to 5 days to clear), bank cheque, postal order etc. which can be mailed to us. I can do COD for Australian buyers but require an upfront deposit of $50. COD also attracts additional Australia Post fees and thus your shipping costs will be higher than what is listed in this Ebay ad.
Postage information
My preferred shipper is Australia Post. I ship everything registered and insured. I generally ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Regular airmail (insured) is used my our shipments to New Zealand.
Shipping to countries outside of Australasia is generally via TNT Express.
I try not to profit from shipping charges - please be aware that the stamp on the box does not include: cost of registration (now $3), cost of insurance, cost of box and packaging material.
Return policy
Item can be returned if defective only. I do not sell equipment on a -try-out- basis.
All used equipment sold by me has an automatic 1 month warranty and all unused equipment has an automatic 1 year warranty. Buyer must pay the cost of freight to my service agents - I pay the return freight.
My warranty is not voided should you elect to complete basic modifications on your radio (such as fan modifications, general coverage TX mod etc)
Lay-buy terms and conditions
I offer lay-buy terms to Australian and New Zealand customers. The terms of my lay-buy program are simple - payments must be made into my bank account (no cheques, money orders, postal orders etc), payments can be made for any amount / at any time. Maximum lay-buy period of 3 months. No fees or interest are charged. If transaction is not completed within 3 months, I can either terminate the lay-buy and refund your money or reprice / extend the arrangement if mutually agreed. Buyer must keep a record of payments and email this record to me at completion of the lay-buy. Upon completion of the lay-buy I will then mail the goods to the buyer.
International Payments
NEW ZEALAND BUYERS:
I also have a bank account with the ANZ in New Zealand. This means that Kiwi buyers can pay me in New Zealand Dollars (again using your internet banking or by paying in at a branch of the ANZ NZ).
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
For international buyers my preferred means of payment is Paypal.
