Seller was great, item not so much. Microwave arrived, New but not in original box. This is exactly as described. Microwave didn’t work at all, as in it didn’t even light up when plugged in. The control panel was slightly pulled away from where it should be. I started the return process with pics, and had a refund to my credit card within a few hours. Didn’t want me to send it back, so it went to an appliance recycler, unfortunately. Very responsive seller.

GPS was advertised as open box which l take as new but box as been Opened. GPS delivered is a reconditioned gps. I contacted seller and he admitted it was not a open box but a reconditioned. I offered to keep it And save returning with an offer from him but he refused so l am waiting for a postage paid label
