We ask that you make payment within 5 Days of the auctions end. We understand that sometimes you will not be able to pay us within the 5 Days. Our ONLY request at Play Clothing is that you PLEASE email us and communicate that you need an extension. If no communication is made with us, we reserve the right to relist the item and file a NPB. COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY
Postage information
All items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Since we have no control over actual transit times, feedback should represent how fast we ship your item after your payment has been received. How fast your item arrives once in the hands of USPS or Canada post is out of our hands and we hope you understand this. You will be provided with a tracking number if you qualify which will give you a full view of your package. If we could hand deliver each package with a smile we would ! Return policy
We are pleased to offer a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may email us and we will be happy to give you a return address to ship the item back to. Each item is carefully inspected before being listed, however we are only human and may have missed something.
Refunds will only be given to buyers along with their Return Shipping Fees when:
1. When the item has a defect that we failed to mention
2. The wrong item was shipped
3. The item was grossly misrepresented
In addition, refunds will not be issued when:
1. When the tag has been removed from new items
2. When the item has been worn or damaged by the buyer
3. When more than 7 days pass after the receipt of an item
