Physiosupplies Australia is a busy internet based company which started in a small way and is getting bigger and more assertive as time progresses.

We accept most kinds of payment, Paypal, Bank transfer, Cheques/Money Orders, Visa and MasterCard. We also accept Pay Pal.

All our items with the exception of New Zealand are sent out on a system called E-Parcel, set up by Australia Post. Providing we have the items in stock, which we do most times, they will be sent out within one working day. E-Parcel is a trackable system, so if you encounter any problems or have not received your parcel, send us a message and we will look it up for you. In most cases the contracters have not bothered to leave a slip in the letter box and will most often be at your local Australia Post Office. When asking for your parcel, be sure to ask for an E-Parcel other wise they will look inthe wrong book!

We do accept returns and is subject the the laws and regulations of Queensland which we make every effort to comply with the law and the spirit of good will. In the case of us making a mistake with your product,we will give you details on how to send it back without having to pay postage and will send out the replacement as soon as possible. In the event that you have chosen the wrong size, or item we would ask that you send it back at your own cost with a postage paid envelope inside. Items returned without an envelope will be exchanged and sent back Cash on Delivery. We do not accept returns simply because you don't want the item any more. If you require your money back because the item does not fit or suit your needs, there will be a $7.50 Admin fee for processing your return.
