We are quite new to selling on Ebay however we have been selling on Trademe.co.nz for a while. Our product is warranted however is must be returned to us for the warranty to be actioned. We will then sort the problem and return the product to you.

Payment into our Australian bank account or by Paypal.

We use New Zealand Post airmail or courier, 3-10 day estimated delivery time depending on the service. Insurance is included, courier includes track and trace and is signature required. If your payment clears on a weekday we send product the same day, if its over the weekend product will be sent on Monday.

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. All product has a warranty. To claim the warranty you will need to return the product to us (with all your details, fault and date of sale), we will then repair or replace as required and return the product to you as quickly as possible.
