San Francisco food writer Michael Bauer puts this compilation of dishes from S.F.'s most popular and criticly acclaimed restaurants, these are some of the best recipies for the home cook because these are the dishes you go to the restaurants to get. The directions are very easy to follow, ingredients easy to find. Highly reccomend.

The Second Wave-best 80's compilation ever
