We only use Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class Post, Royal Mail International Signed For Service and City Link 24 Hour Service as all are traceable and provide a tracking number. We can only dispatch orders using City Link 24 hour service to UK Postcodes

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. What to do...............
