We ship most of our items next day after payment is received and use either USPS or UPS.

We do not offer a refund on our purchases only an exchange. If the package was damaged or if the part was not good we will exchange it for you for the exact part again. Make sure you know what you're doing or that you have an understanding that the part was purchased by you because of your diagnosis and not ours.
