Payment policy
We accept paypal for confirmed delivery to confirmed addresses to meet paypal shipping rules for confirmed delivery. Payment's can also be made via INTERNATIONAL POSTAL MONEY ORDERS for US buyers. Canadian buyers can also pay by MONEY ORDER or BANK TRANSFER. YOU CAN ALSO EMAIL ME FOR OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS. Please notify me when you will be sending the money order. Appropriate time will be given before UPI/FVF?s are filed for NON-PAYING bidders. The item will be relisted immediately upon closing of FVF. If you are bidding on multiple auctions, you must inform us by email to receive an adjusted invoice. Multiple items will be combined for the winning bidder and shipping rates will be determined by myself, not the buyer.
Postage information
We ship directly from the United States and clear customs for our US buyers to speed up delivery. Shipping rates are non-negotiable All items are insured and tracked for delivery to protect you the buyer, and us the seller, from loss or damages. Items will only be shipped once payment is received and cleared. Confirmation of shipping and tracking numbers will be sent by email once the item is shipped. It is your responsibility to read these confirmations and not delete them from your email. The email will read in the subject line ?SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR EBAY AUCTION On average delivery takes between 5 days depending on your location.
Return policy
All items have been tested and rated accordingly and any known defects will be listed in the auction. Buyers must notify us by email 72 hours after the receipt of an item being damaged in shipping or of any defect not indicated in the auction for return policies to apply. Items being return will recieve a RMA number and all item must be post marked 4 days after the RMA has been issued for the return policies to apply. Item returned or postmarked after the 4 days will not be accepted for return. Buyer have waited up three weeks in the past to return items to our location and this is no longer acceptable to resolve issues in a timely manor. All AS IS sales are final and self installations of replacment product or parts is not covered by our return policies.
