I have worked in many industries, thus have a good understanding and fine tune processes of business and delivering a high level of customer service. I have a good understanding of logistics and how to properly pack and track parcels. i will ensure a very professional service if offered from my part so dealing with me with be a trouble free transaction. if you have any questions, i am readily available via email prompts , thus log on to update inbox on a minimum on 3 days a week, tuesday, thursday and saturday, to ensure enough time is allow to organise post delivery in time to meet the buyers requirements.

Currently am only using pay pal, but i am considering other options if available.

Generally , i would suggest using the australia post parcel service with the tracking option that requires both sender and receiver to sign off upon despatch and delivery. this provides each partly with a simple security to say that everyone has done the right thing and the transaction is now complete. in case of delay there is a signiture and track number to follow up aust post and in the rare chance of lost items ability to request a credit claim of lost items from the 3rd party delivery company. - other arrangements or different same / next day couriers in same state can be used for large size items when required. we can ship internationally depending upon the size of the item.

Items will always be packed to a high level of safety, but in the case of damage , photos of the damage goods and packaging will need to be returned for credit amount or repurchase. some items that are once of's or clearence items will not be availble for normal goods return policy.
