Most items ship within 1-2 business days from our Northbrook, IL warehouse via UPS Ground. UPS expedited options are also available upon checkout. Shipments to PO Box, AK & HI are sent via USPS Priority mail. We normally ship to confirmed Paypal address only, but we may make exceptions in some cases. If you’d like shipment to another address, please write it in the notes of your Paypal payment or email us prior to placing your order. We will email your tracking number once your item ships. Orders may be tracked on our tracking page or on the UPS/USPS site. All items we ship are fully insured. It is unlikely that anything might be damaged as we pack our orders well, but we don’t want you to risk it. DO NOT sign for a damaged parcel without a full inspection of the contents. If you receive a damaged item, notify your local UPS terminal within 24 hrs or contact us ASAP for directions.
