the item was received packaged well, and it came a little earlier than expected (about 3-4 days after I bought it, which was different from the expected 7-14 days!) — the actual product looks exactly as displayed in the picture, however it can be a little dodgy when swapping between HDMI ports, however it's definitely worth the $7.

iPhone 5 case from these people, it arrived and was one for an iPhone X, got in contact with the seller, at first he said it might have been an issue of the staff, then changed his story to he did not sell a iPhone 5 case He then said I selected the wrong option which I did not, He changed his story 3 times. I asked for a return label and he refused, I paid shipping as he said he say refund that cost, In the end he did not refund any postage costs. He was so nasty and so rude worstselleronearth!

Was sent the wrong colour as they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. I wasn't given a message regarding what colour I would what instead of or if I wanted a refund. Sent a colour that I wasn't happy with so would have preferred a refund. They have offered a refund if I send my phone cover back to them but the cost to return would be more than the phone cover cost.

BUYER BEWARE: I ordered an aqua case, but a white case arrived with a sorry note saying the aqua was out of stock and hope I didn't mind the white. I didn't want the white and sought a refund to which it was expected that I would pay return postage. Lucky Ebay resolved the issue as the seller stopped communicating. Their store still has the option to buy the aqua case so BUYER BEWARE you may receive the completely wrong colour with an apology note

I ordered two of these, and the package arrived within a few days. First box had a screen protector that was complete the wrong size for my phone. Label on the box was fine but not the right product. The second box did not include a screen protector at all - the box was empty! No communication from seller, and still to receive a refund, after sending it back over a week ago. Just rubbish. Save yourself the bother and don't buy from this seller.
